Suggest a better descriptionHeat large nonstick skillet over high heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cook turkey strips until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Spread a generous tablespoon refried beans on each tortilla. Place cooked turkey strips on top of tortillas. Top turkey strips with 1 tablespoon enchilada sauce and 2 tablespoons cheese. Roll and place in ovenproof or microwaveable dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese. Heat in 350 degrees F. oven about 20 minutes or microwave on high for 5 minutes. Serve tortillas with sour cream, chopped cilantro and green chili salsa.
