Suggest a better descriptionWash Potatoes, prick them, then bake at 425 for 60 minutes.
In mixing bowl, blend salt, cumin, sour cream mix & milk. Set aside.
Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out potatoes & add to the cream mixture.
Add butter.
Beat until fluffy, adding more milk if needed.
Put back into potato skins.
Sprinkle with Paprika and pepper.
Bake at 370 for 20-25 minutes.
Top with bacon and shredded cheese.
