Up Side Down Pizza on grill or oven
Pre heat Grill or oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 or so sized pan that is grill/ oven safe. In a bowl mix tomato sauce with seasonings to make a pizza sauce. You can sub fresh garlic minced for the garlic powder. Spread pizza sauce into bottom of pan. Add toppings of your choice. Evenly distribute the cheese over the toppings. I like to add a bit of cheddar cheese to mine to give it a nice flavor and a golden brown color. In a medium sized bowl whisk 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 cup flour.pour evenly over the top of the cheese. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese. Place on top rack of grill or middle rack of oven and bake 15-20 min or until golden brown on edges. Let sit 5 min before cutting into slices.
Very frugal and family friendly recipe. Can use left overs or mix it up with bbq sauce and chicken!
