Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Add minced garlic, diced onions and chopped mushrooms in a small bowl and mix.
3. Tear bread into crumbs and pulse with a food processor to make bread crumbs.
4. Mix bread crumbs and package of onion soup in small bowl.
5. Add ground meats, whisked egg, bread crumbs, onion/garlic/mushroom mix, 1 can of soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to a large bowl and mix thoroughly with hands.
6. Spray a glass casserole dish with non-stick spray and add meatloaf. Spread throughout pan and smooth the top.
7. Cook for 1/2 hour.
8. Take out of oven. Open 2nd can of soup and add one or to tablespoons of milk and mix soup within the can carefully. Pour the can of soup over the meatloaf and smooth out. Add sliced onions to top and put back into the oven for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
