Suggest a better descriptionMix all dry ingredients in large bowl (except for cranberries). Whisk and heat all wet ingredients in small sauce pan until it is a nice, liquid consistency. Pour into dry ingredients mixing as you pour. Mix well. Spoon onto cookie sheets making thin, even layers. Cook at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes to an hour or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Mix in cranberries. Store in cool dry place.
I sprinkle in cinnamon as I'm stirring in the liquid to ensure I get a nice, even, mixture throughout.
