1. Add the eggs to a bowl and beat in the cream cheese.
2. Add the vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder and stir.
3. Add the sugar and stir.
4. Add the lemon zest and stir. Lastly, add the P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Cornmeal and continue to stir.
5. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Continue to cook for 20 second intervals to obtain the desired consistency.
