Mix dry ingredients (oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon) together and wet ingredients (almond milk, applesauce, vanilla) together. Mash the banana and add the wet ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients and continue to stir to mix well. Once everything is mixed then you can add the walnuts and blueberries. Pour into a baking pan and cook for approximately 45 minutes. Keep an eye on it, once the top begins to brown and split it is done.
