Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, blend the milk, cream cheese, lemon juice and baking soda, and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cream of tarter and salt. Cut in the margarine.
Stir in the milk mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened. Mix in the blueberries.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, and knead briefly. Roll or pat dough into a 1-inch thick round. Cut into 6 wedges, and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20-23 minutes, until golden brown on the bottom.
To prepare the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and almond extract. Drizzle glaze over cooled scones.
