Suggest a better description1. In a small bowl Combine soup mix, ginger, garlic powder, and water Then set aside
2. In 10 Inch Skillet or wok In hot oil stir fry HALF of the beef til Browned, then remove and set aside
3.Repeat with remaining beef
4.In same skillet combine soup mix, broccoli, and carrots
5. Heat to boil
6. Reduce heat to low and cover for 3 minutes or until veggies are done (stir occasionally)
7.Return Beef to skillet to heat
Serve on Rice
