Roll crescent roll dough onto a 9X13 baking sheet, pinching together edges to form pizza crust.
Bake crust for 12 minutes, remove from oven and let it cool for 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry ranch dressing mix. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
Spread chopped vegetables of your choice over the dressing mixture and top with shredded cheese of your choice.
