Stir fry from stuff I have in the house.
Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, and cold water to form a smooth paste, set aside. Heat wok to 350F, add oil, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower. Stir fry for 2 min. Add celery and stir fry 2 min more. Add mushrooms and stir for 2 min. Stir in sauce and cook till thickened and bubbly.
