Preheat oven to 450-degrees.
Add the minced garlic and about a teaspoon of Italian Seasonsing to the pizza sauce - mix well. Spread the sauce on the pizza.
Follow by sprinkling the Queso Shredded Cheese evenly.
Next, layer the Spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, garlic flakes, artichoke hearts (halved lengthwise) and black olive slices ... in that order.
Top with the Romano cheese.
Dust the pizza with Italian Seasoning and Pink Himalayan Salt.
Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees (we are elevation 3200 feet)
