Waffles
1. Mix flour with baking powder and salt and sift into bowl.
2. Beat egg yolks, add butter and milk. Add this mixture gradually to dry ingredients, beating thoroughly.
3. When well mixed, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
4. Pour from pitcher into center of hot, well greased waffle iron.
