2. Whisk together mayo (whipped cream, if using), sugar, lemon juice, and salt in a serving bowl.
3. Dice apples, adding to the mayo mixture. Stir to keep apples from browning.
4. Dice celery, grapes, nuts, and craisins. Add to mayo mixture.
5. Cover and chill.
6. Mix Walford salad mix with lettuce greens. Serve.
