I created this recipe to use up some leftovers and what I had on hand. But it would be good with just about any kind of fruit. Great for a chilly winter morning.
Combine all ingredients except the pecans and cereal in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high about 6 minutes until the flavors have combined and the fruit is tender but still crispy.
Mix in the pecans. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon Ezekiel cereal for extra crunch, if desired. Serve warm.
