Suggest a better descriptionIn a food processor pulse bread crumbs till slightly coarse, mix herbs in with bread crumbs.
With a sharp knife slice goat cheese into 1 inch rounds, coat rounds in bread crumb mixture, and keep chilled till ready. In a fry pan bring oil to temperature , fry goat cheese till golden brown on both sides. Set aside. Arrange baby greens,cucumbers and tomatoes on chilled salad place 2 goat cheese rounds on top of salad. Serve with raspberry vinaigrette. Serves 2
