Marinate tuna in teriyaki and soy sauce for 10 minutes. Remove and shake off excess.
Set aside 2 tbsp. crushed peas and sprinkle the larger amount over both sides of tuna, pressing into the surface.
Heat sesame oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add tuna and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, keeping the tuna slightly rare. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tbsp. peas over cooked tuna.
