Ok so we eat a lot of burritos/quesadillas/tacos -beans and cheese and tomatoes or peppers or rice instead of the beans.
Nora loves baked potatoes with lot of toppings so use that as a whole meal. I just cut up raw veggies for side
Roast chicken( throw in oven for 40 mins with olive oil and salt and pepper) with rice pilaf-near east brand and salad
I use some of the Trader Joe’s frozen meals too when in a rush-the chicken fried rice or other frozen chicken stuff and just add veggies or salad. I do not cook amazing meals during the week. Sometimes it’s peanut butter toast and apples. 😳
Or scrambled eggs in a burrito 😬
