Suggest a better descriptionBoil chicken tenders with bullion cubes, and all seasonings. Once done remove chicken from broth and shred. Place broth & chicken in crock pot. Begin to cook on low.
In skillet saute garlic and peppers in butter for 3-5 minutes. Add to crock pot.
In same skillet cook sausage for 3-5 minutes on med heat, tossing continuously to keep from burning and sticking to pan. Add to crock pot.
Add beans and diced tomatoes to crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Stir before serving.
Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro if desired.
