Heat oven 425 degrees.
Rub Tortillas with oil before filling with grated Jack Cheese and chopped onion. Place seam down in 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Melt butter in saucepan; then stir in 1/4 cup flour and blend over heat; add 2 cups water mixed with 2 packages GW Golden Broth and McKays Chicken Seasoning; cook until thickens; stir in sour cream and 1 4-oz. can Diced Green Chilies.
Cook till heated but do not boil.
Bake 20 minutes; then sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5 Minutes.
