Whole fish with tahini & cilantro filling on the side
Prepare fish by putting salt & pepper on outside and inside of the fish. Put fish on parchment paper, with slices of lemon above & below the fish. Drizzle olive oil on top of fish, wrap with parchment paper & bake in the oven, 350 Degree for aprox . of 40 minute or until done.
Sautee in frying pan with olive oil, onion, garlic, green pepper & cerano pepper until onion is golden brown, then add, the tarator, cilantro, & salt & pepper to taste. Cook approximately 10 minutes until the tarator start bubbling, then take off stove.
Serve fish on platter with Tahini served on the platter by the side of the fish.
******Another version of sautéed mix is: ****
Sautee one large diced onion with 8
cloves sliced garlic, with 1 finely chopped small cerano pepper, in 2 T olive oil, until onion is golden brown. then add 4 medium diced tomatoes to skillet & sautee for 10 minutes. Then add 1 bunch of chopped cilantro + salt/Pepper to taste. let it cook for 5 more minutes, then it's ready.
Serve on the side of the fish as above
