Mix well
Add the remaining fruit
Mix well
Add Flour, Baking Powder, and salt
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks
Add them to other ingredients, mixing well
Pack into Large Loaf Pan
Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until done in the center.
