Suggest a better description1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and garlic and saute until transparent. 2. Add the broccoli, soya sauce, stock and seasoning and simmer for 45 minutes. 3. Allow to cool a little before liquidising until smooth. Return to the pan, stir in the cinnamon and reheat gently, then serve.
