1 Cup = 1 Point
Brown turkey, onion and peppers in sprayed non stick pan.
Transfer to large pot, add the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to simmer over medium heat. Continue to simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
Best to simmer for 1 to 2 hours if possible, so flavor mix better.
