Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours. You can also substitute 2 T lemon juice for the white wine and white wine vinegar. If you want it to last longer in the refrigerator, then don't any cukes. Use powdered garlic instead of fresh garlic
This is excellent as a dip for veggie, stuffed grape leaves, falafel. Also works well with marinated, grilled lamb over rice.
