Combine all ings in one large bowl. Grease, flour andline bottom of 4 loaf pans with wax paper. Pour into pans. Bake for 1 hr at 350 F. let cool 10 min in pans. Invert, peel off wax paper and cool completely on wire racks.
Can add 2 cups chopped nuts if desired.
