zuccini bread
1) Grease and flour 2 loaf pans
2) sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon in bowl
3) Beat eggs oil and vanilla together in big bowl.
4) add sifted ingredients to oil mixture and beat well.
5) stir in zucchini and nuts till well combined
6) pour into 2 loaf pans
7) bake 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted into bread comes out dry.
