Cream sugar and eggs together. Gradually add other ingredients in order given. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes. This also makes great mini loaves, regular size muffins, and mini muffins. Keep the temperature the same and adjust the bake time. This will also store well in the freezer. One cup of nuts or raisons can be added to batter, if desired.
