Shrimp Sauteed with White Wine Ingredients
1 pound
shrimp
2 Tbsp
parsley
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
Salt
optional
4 cloves
Garlic
1/4 tsp black
pepper
1/4 cup
white wine
Instructions for Shrimp Sauteed with White Wine
Peel and devein the shrimp.
Put oil and garlic in a pan and sautee for 3 minutes.
Add shrimp and sautee til they turn pink (approximately 3 minutes). Turn shrimp over.
Add the wine and cook til shrimp are cooked through. Do not overcook.
Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over linguine or fettucine.

So quick and easy! Delicious! The longest part was waiting for the water to boil, everything else was quick and made for a simple, impressive, delicios meal.
