White Bean Spinach Pasta Soup Ingredients
2 teaspoons
Olive oil
1 can Diced
tomatoes
- 28 oz
1 clove
Garlic
1 can White kidney
beans
- 19 oz
1 cup
Onion
s chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Dried
basil
2/3 cup
Carrots
finely chopped
1
Bay leaf
1 package Frozen
spinach
, thawed - 10 oz
1/3 cup Whole
wheat
macaroni
4 cups
Chicken broth
Fresh
parmesan
cheese shredded
Instructions for White Bean Spinach Pasta Soup
Heat oil over medium heat and add garlic, onions and carrots. Cook until softened. Add everything except the macaroni. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add macaroni and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Grate fresh parmesan on top before serving.
