This is a great breakfast when your on the run.
The suckers are fast to make, fast to eat and fast to store for later or take with you on the go
You can freeze these for later use and change the vegetable around as well for different tastes.
1.Pre-heat oven to 350
2.Microwave spinach for about 2 1/2 min.s on high and drain the water.
3. Use a 12 cup muffin pan with foil (not paper) liners and spray them with cooking spray.
4. Mix everything together and pour evenly into muffin pan cups.
5. Bake for 20 or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
