Chicken Coating Mix Ingredients

2 tb Parsley Flakes	1 tb Paprika
1 tb Oregano	Oven Fried Chicken
1 tb Marjoram	1 1/2 ts Chicken Coating Mix
1 tb Thyme	3/4 c Flour
2 ts Rosemary	1/4 c Dry Non-Fat Instant Milk
1 ts Garlic Salt	2 ts Sugar
1 ts Onion Salt	1 ts Baking Powder
1 tb Celery Salt	1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Ginger	2/3 c Hot Water
1 ts Pepper	2 ts Vegetable Oil
1 ts Sage	3 lb Fryer Chicken, Cut Up

Instructions for Chicken Coating Mix

* Preheat oven to 425 degrees. * Combine all ingredients except chicken in small bowl. * Blend well. * Dip chicken in batter. * Bake uncovered 40-50 minutes until golden brown and tender. * If desired, fry in hot oil.
