cjmonte ,Easy and very good. I use more wine reduce the sauce longer to increase the flavor.11y

nicolegory ,I really enjoyed this. It was my first time making and trying it. I made it exactly as written. I served it with with penne pasta in a creamy lemon sauce that I also found here and Caesar asparagus which is cooked tossed with butter, lemon, and Parmesan cheese. I think it went very well with this dish11y
subtlefire ,I tried to make this exactly per the recipe but 1 minute per side was nowhere near enough so I kept cooking several minutes more until done. The sauce is kind of thin. We really like the lemon and caper flavor but are looking for ways to thicken and punch it up a little. Will try some of the suggestions in the reviews.11y
zinayono ,Very good I used 1/4 cup of cream of chicken instead of broth and added a little water and starch to make the sauce a little thicker def a plus!11y
jlburgart ,This was really yummy. I mixed the lemons with Meyer lemons and it was very good. I served along side lemon and asparagus risotto. It was delicious.12y
jenniferweiss ,Loved this. I served over rice. It's very different from what we usually eat but my husband said add to the favorites list.12y
cass715 ,Great Recipe! I also added corn starch and doubled the sauce to pour over angel hair pasta.12y
happypenny ,Great recipe. Very similar to the sauce I've had many times in Italy. I used a little corn starch to thicken it, though, for a more authentic Italian flavor. Such a simple yet pleasing dish. My family loved it, and I'll be serving it again.12y
claire1973 ,I double the liquid amount so I have enough for the pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan reggiano cheese and YUM12y
fallopia ,I made this with full-size chicken breasts. Great flavor to the sauce but a little thin since I didn't have flour on the meat.13y
aphilbeck8 ,This is the second time that I made this. I add a little white wine to the sauce while its cooking! It is really great. I served it with my homemade pesto over pasta and garlic cheese flatbread. It was so great. Thanks for posting!13y
photobettie ,Thank you! A wonderful recipe! This will be my new go-to for Chicken Picatta...YUM!13y
