vernna ,I mAke these a lot, for a time saver I put them in the microwave until they are just soft and then cut a small hole on the top and uses small teaspoon to scrap them out.11y
jgardner1041 ,Great recipe, added a few things to get if a touch more flavor....used Krazy Mixed Up Salt instead of regular along with a few dashes of Bacon Salt, added 1/2 tbs of parsley, upped the Parmesan cheese a little bit, and paprika over the top before before baking those last 20 mins.11y
blufridae ,Pretty Good! I cut them wrong though, so restuffing the potatoes was a big pes. Make sure you cut of the top and don't split them down the middle.11y

browk ,This is my number one go to/make ahead side dish. You can fix ahead and heat to warm and melt cheese just before serving. I personally get tired of making them, but people continue to ask for them. You can't argue with that. them.Can'targwith that11y

penpasta ,i microwaved the potatoes and used ham because i didnt have any bacon bits and i couldnt be bothered cooking the raw bacon i had to put on top. this was a quick, easy and yummy breakfast to make.12y
