sbritt97 ,Loved the recipe. Very moist. May add some ingredients in future for a change, like nuts, chocolate, or other fruits, but don’t have to. The recipe stands alone as a wonderful bread!10m
douglasvm ,It is unfair to rate a recipe unless you rate the actual recipe without modification. While I do appreciate all the suggestions people should rate the original then explain what further changes improved the recipe. This was an excellent recipe. I made it twice. It was tasty and quite dense the first time. The second time I added ¼ cup of milk to make it more moist and it worked really well. I also mixed lemon juice and table sugar and drizzled it all over the top as a glaze. Yummy!3y
johnsmith47785 ,Delicious! They were gobbled up before I needed to find a storage container to put them in.3y
swkvsons ,Made this numerous times with perfect results. We buy a lot of bananas and sometimes a few get over ripe. I put them in a gallon ziplock and freeze. When thawed, they're the consistency of a thick milkshake. Great for the recipe. I also ad chopped pecans.3y
pontiacprincess21 ,Turned out delicious! I did add a little milk, butter, oil and cinnamon to the recipe.4y
pietpatat ,This is my ‘go to’ banana bread recipe!! It works every time !!! I love it! Thanks for sharing 👍5y
dianacusano ,Turned out perfectly. Lovely light taste. Browned on top nicely. Added almond slivers and cinnamon for a little more complexity.5y
markdenton83 ,Is a great simple banana bread. Recipe would be easy to modify to personal tastes. Came out moist and with a nice texture. Baked it last night and cannot wait to have more of it today.6y
lesley_yates_98 ,One of my kids favourite things. I melt the butter and always add a little extra to ensure the batter is nice and wet and the bread is moist.6y
shine6874 ,Kind of bland but a good batter to start with that you can tweak and make your own6y
alejandra4622 ,Super easy and taste amazing. However, I only baked it for 45 min and it came out perfect. Will be making more.6y
stateautotag ,Great Banana bread. Easy to make and if you follow the "wet to dry" method to put this together it comes out with a light texture not too sweet with a crispy sweet crust. I added crushed toasted walnuts to the batter and to the top before baking and it was a great addition.6y
