Cerys14 , 5 years agoThere was too much citrus for my liking, it was overpowering. Next time I will tone it down. The marinade does tenderize the chicken nicely.

SunCook , 7 years agoA good no carb recipe. Starting it the night before gave the chicken plenty of time to absorb the flavors. I replaced the salt and pepper with lemon pepper since I almost never add salt to my cooking. Final preparation was fast and easy.

promfh , 8 years agoThe key to this recipe was using several types of fresh juice. I used lemon, lime, and orange juices. My guests raved about the dish.
