stasiwasi ,Just Amazing! Instead of yogurt I subbed with sour cream and squeezed in some lime which really complemented the asparagus in the end.5y
jdriemeyer ,The tarragon yogurt was a wonderful complement to this mild creamy soup. I loved it. Tasted great leftover too! I needed to simmer it 15 - 20 minutes rather than 10 to get the asparagus soft enough to blend up. Still pretty quick to make.8y
seablue ,I now use this as a base for many variations on this meal. I can add marinated grilled chicken or I can just add some dry chopped red pepper and cumin powder to spice it up. Any way I do it, this is an excellent start for a delicous bowl of soup.8y
healthphd ,I made this yesterday and it was delicious. I put 2 pounds of asparagus instead of 1 and it was rich and creamy. Will do again.9y
erincpeters ,Very good! I skipped the yogurt mixture, and added lots of garlic. Even my asparagus hating son loved this!9y
mississippimule ,Thank you cajuntoast for a great soup receipt. I tried this receipt last night and it was wonderful! I love asparagus to start with and this was another great way to enjoy them!!10y
healthymommy ,I loved this soup! Thank you! I added a couple cloves of garlic for added flavor.10y
cheflidstone ,I added garlic when I sautéed and used sour cream with oregano, thyme, and ground cumin...was delicious!!11y
candaceshreves ,It is very healthy, if you are trying to cut down on carbohydrates and it taste great love it!11y
omnivorous_knid ,Delicious. No subs, I love asparagus and wouldn't allow any. The use of an immersion blender was helpful in this, thank you for mentioning this.12y
woodandbronze ,I substituted water mixed with a little Braggs for the bouillon & salt (vegetarian, low-sodium option) and used fresh parsley in the yogurt (didn't have tarragon). I think some fresh lemon juice might give it a little more zing, but it's a keeper.13y
soques ,This was great. Added a little cinnamon to it instead of salt with some pepper it was a great alternative.13y
