jlahaddy11 ,I added more bananas due to the fact that people complained the taste wasn't enough- definitely too mooshy, my "French toast" turned into a mooshy mess but was definitely delicious!! Highly recommend adding a little sugar to the batter- then when finished too with cinnamon and sugar. Next time in going to add walnuts to make it more like a banana bread, yum!11y
biancanatalie94 ,It was delicious. I also added banana slices on top and drizzled it with Nutella hazelnut chocolate spread.12y
tweetybird0963t ,It definitely was full of flavor but my boyfriend ended up deciding he likes it plain better....was nice to try and a nice change though....12y
brettnleosmom ,The bread was certainly edible, but my family still enjoys plain French Toast more.12y
mauer7 ,Great recipe. I added an extra third of a banana and a spoonful of sugar the second time I made it, which really helped. Definitely drizzle some maple syrup over the top when served!12y
tripletmama ,I made this for me and my trio this morning... Verdict was... the boys seemed to like it but my "picky princess" was not impressed. I think she took 2 bites and then refused the rest! I ate 2 pieces myself and it just didn't really impress me either. I was expecting a lot more flavor, more similar to banana bread; but it was just bland with a hint of banana and cinnamon. I wasn't a fan of the texture either, too mushy for me. I may try it again maybe adding a bit of sugar to the batter... it just seems to be missing something?13y
