Tastes really yummy. I used blended spinach with some mint and a dash of cilantro and it tasted perfect!
Not quite as flavorful as I hoped, possibly because I used dried basil and minced garlic from a jar. Almost good enough to eat on its own, and was delicious with pasta sauce. Will make again!
Fabulous! I sautéed the spinach, added some of the pasta water, added more olive oil and puréed the mix to make a sauce. The red bell pepper against the green sauce and white pasta made it look festive indeed.
I really enjoyed this. It's a simple recipe and you can add whatever you want to it, mushrooms, more peppers, some protein, it all turns out great. I've been using it a lot and I am definitely a fan-thanks for the recipe!

Perfect taste and a light meal. This was awesome
I added broccoli and shredded mozzarella on top before serving, and added red pepper flakes to taste for a southwest twist. It was a hit!
