We don't eat cheese, but the spinach in this helped make up for it. There was something about the texture. Next time I'm going to add lemon juice.

I made this as lunch for my family. My 3 year-old daughter didn't want to eat at first because she saw the green leaves and never had bell pepper before. However, she said "It's yummy mama" and finished the whole plate later. My husband loved it too.

Very simple and delicious. I added grilled chicken to mine. I didn't have penne pasta, but I used whole wheat spaghetti noodles I had on hand and it worked just as well. Will definitely make this again.

Made this tonight and added grilled shrimp to it as well. My husband told me he wasnt very hungry and then ended up eating a huge plate of this!! Very easy and good. I didn't use the full 10 oz of spinach seemed too much for us

Just made this for myself (no one else believed it would be nice). Quickly made it and wow it's nice! I didn't have basil but used oregano instead and it tasted very nice! Just a hint in case you're left without basil like I was

I really liked this. I used Barilla Plus pasta. The next time I make it I will add some fresh mushrooms, grape tomatoes and another clove of garlic. I see a lot of possibilities to really change this up.

I made this for my family (10 year old, 17 year old and my mum)- all with different tastes but was delighted that everyone loved it! Including my 10year old brother who has allergies to milk so I added his lactose free cheese!

Easy, tasty, a bit too many onions left on the plate vs the peppers but overall taste is flavorful and healthy! I had a lot of left overs, so for two, I would 1/2 the recipe, maybe even 1/3 it.
