This stuff is so good my little girl picked it for snack over candy. Another tip when Im pressed for time I put the slaw mix in a 1 gallon ziplock slider bag , toss in all the ingredients , toss it around to combine and place it in the fridge works just as well and without the mess.

Ingredients

1 16-oz can coleslaw mix
1/4 cup onions; thinly sliced
1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 Tbs White vinegar
2 1/2 Tbs Lemon juice

Servings  

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw and onion.

2. Put aside.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the Splenda, salt, pepper, celery seed,mayonnaise,whipping cream, vinegar and lemon juice, using a whisk.

4. Pour over the coleslaw mix, stir gently to mix.

5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Comments: This coleslaw is easy to make and tastes great. My husband thoughtis was from KFC - only better! Give it a try. It's good with most meats, butI really like it on corned beef or hamburgers.

Agree with earlier suggestions to cut back on amount of Splenda. I used 1/4 cup and it was still too sweet fo rmy liking. Added more vinegar and lemon to cut back on the swettness and it turned out great.

I have made this 2x in 4 days. Delicious. You can modify the Splenda, according to your tastes and the phase of your low carb diet.

I would use a lot less Splenda. I like the salt and celery seed to be more dominant.
