Quick, easy and tasty!
Cuisine: Argentinian Main Ingredient: Chicken
alisonwood ,This was delicious, quick, and easy- all my favorite things. Added some leftover Spanish rice and chickpeas to the mix and sprinkled some cheese on top right after it came out of the oven. Definitely would make this again.11y
jillybeanz0278 ,Sorry my review was screwy. Used whole grain tortilla, additional cumin and some taco seasoning. Low fat cheese. Sooo good. Added some taco season to butter, melted and brushes before Baking11y
che4u ,My husband made these tonight with ground beef, instead of chicken. Everyone really enjoyed them and the "crust" was nice a crunchy, just like a friend chimichange (without the grease). Our only complaint was that the inside could use a little more flavor, maybe adobo or something of the like...?11y
stephielulu ,Easy and delish! I had some Perdue Oven Cuts chicken hanging around that I needed to do something with, shredded them a bit and they worked great in this recipe.11y
bruny2 ,This was delicious. Have made it numerous times, perfect for leftovers (almost better actually!).12y
mekarie ,My boyfriend loved it... Even his picky 10 yr old kid ate it up with no complaints. I used a pre made roasted chicken which made it really easy. I made the black bean salad on the side but put it on a bed of lettuce. AM NOM12y
britanytapani ,Very good! I didn't have green onions so I used yellow. Would prefer green. Next time I will add black beans, corn and grated cheese to chicken mixture. Also garnish w lettuce. Mmmm:)12y
misty22t ,Loved it I added corn And made homemade chips my best friend said it tasted like her moms12y
larlie85 ,I used leftover steak from the night before, instead of chicken. I sliced the steak into strips and put it in a food processor, until it was slightly chunky, but not to the point of a purée. I think this recipe would be better with butter brushed on the tortillas. I also made a cheese sauce for it.12y
adele09 ,Very good flavor but I would suggest brushing the tortillas with melted butter rather than using cooking spray. Also, a light sauce for the chimis would make these perfect. Any suggestions?12y
dmbossi ,Made this for dinner last night for my family, It was a big hit! They loved it! I topped it off with sum of my white cheese sauce and salsa! Will def be making this again soon, thanks for the great recipe!12y
kickamom ,I made this for my husband and me for dinner tonight and it was delicious! I didn't have cooking spray so I just brushed them with vegetable oil, and I made a cream sauce to go with it (light cream cheese, minced yellow onion, teeny bit of salsa, cumin, and salt), and it was great! I also shredded the chicken after having marinated and cooked it in a grapefruit, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil mixture. Gave it great flavor and kept the chicken incredibly moist.12y
rachelh219 ,Made this for dinner tonight, was a big hit! I will definitely be making this again. I used onions finely chopped instead of green onions simply because I had none. And I shredded the chicken.12y
