mikail ,The absolute best Coconut Shrimp recipe. I purchased a small carton of egg whites rather that holding on to yolks. Everything about the recipe is spot on. Thanks, Cheryl5y
pols005 ,Yum! I don't like shrimp so I substituted fake crab sticks. Instead of deep frying, I sauteed in peanut oil. Turned out great! I used Bob's Red Mill unsweetened coconut and it blended so well with the panko, even my non coconut eaters ate it. I thought the dipping sauce was very good. We had 2 who really liked the sauce, one that didn't, and one that refused to try it...11y
jobman1 ,This is the best recipe ever for coconut shrimp. Everyone, including my very picky critics at home, loves it.11y
valerieshippee ,Tried this recipe 2 nights ago on a whim. It was excellent and not that hard to make. Loved it and so did my husband (the perfectionist). Only thing I didn't have on hand was the orange marmalade. I substituted with apricot mango marmalade. Fantastic. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe. Will definitely make this again soon!12y
cindylouwho73 ,These came out SO flippin' good! I made them for my dad's 60th birthday party. They were a big hit. I made a couple of different dipping sauces: the one in the recipe and then a spicy peanut one, and a non-spicy marmalade one.12y
keifuz ,Really nice... I'd probably put a bit more seasoning (salt & red pepper) next time. I'd also love to have a sweet chili oil dipping sauce with it maybe. But all went well with great results.13y
corynns ,The shrimp came out so well and was so easy to make! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The flavors were perfect. Will cook again! I can't comment on the sauce. I made my own. I'm sure it is lovely too.13y
nuggett76 ,Directions were spot on and this recipe was ridiculously delicious! You definitely get 5 stars!13y
scisrs ,So good. Rather quick and easy to prepare and cook. Sauce is incredible! Definetly will make this recipe over and over!13y
thetitan99 ,These were awesome!! I used 2 kg of GIANT prawns and we ate them till we were sick!! Excellent!! I used fresh coconut and toasted it in a dry pan for 3 minutes before blending it with the bread crumbs. I also let them set up in the fridge for 30 minutes. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly!! Medal worthy for sure.14y
dannynicol ,The shrimp looks amazing! I want to try this recipe soon, but I have 1 question: Did you use fresh or packaged coconut? I absolutely hate packaged, so I will use fresh regardless, but I'm just wondering. Thanks! Danny14y
ccheryl ,thanks for the best comment ive ever had!, you sauce sounds wonderful will you please post the recipe! Thanks again for the nice Comment, you made my day,14y
harcher ,Absolutely the best coconut shrimp ever! Everyone I've made this for is amazed at how good it is. I didn't use the orange dipping sauce - went for an apricot chili sauce instead.14y
