You can make with spicy or mild sausage. Kick it up a notch with hot sauce too. Sprinkle it in the sausage when you cook it.
Spread cubes of bread on bottom of 13X9X2 inch baking dish.
Brown the sausage and drain. Spread browned, crumbled sausage on top of bread.
Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Add shredded cheese. Pour mixture over sausage and bread.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 50 minutes (edges will be browned ).
Best prepared night before and cooked in morning but may be done the same day.
