" Have made this a few times now and enjoyed it each time. We found it a refreshing salad and with summer here now I can see I'll be making this to go with a steak, chicken or fish. It's such a versatile salad and happy to say tastes even better using fresh produce from the garden. Very happy with the dressing also. Found the salad didn't need all the dressing, so only use half the amount. " - HeatherfergYield: 6 Ready in 1 hours, 5 minutes
