"I made this EXACTLY per the recipe (except I didn't have peanut oil - used veg. oil instead) and it was DELICIOUS! I served it over white rice with the steamed broccoli. Very easy, quick and good. I would make this again!"
1. Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring until smooth.
2. Heat peanut oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced ginger, minced garlic, and beef; saute for 2 minutes or until beef is browned. Add green onion pieces; saute 30 seconds. Add soy sauce mixture; cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.
add in 2 cups steamed broccoli if desired
jcdoyletx 1y agoGreat flavor! just like a Chinese restaurant. Kid friendly as written, might spice it up for my husband next time.
ceciliachu 1y agoAmazing!! Made it tonight for my family, and it came out wonderful!! Added mushrooms, and a Peruvian chile paste instead of what the recipe called for. Didn't make it too spicy, and the recipe turned outgreat!!
Thekidsmom1224 2y agoIt was just ok. Fairly bland for my family. Probably won't make again unless I step up the heat significantly.
