Hearty Beef Stew
Brown beef cubes in vegetable oil. Add onions and saute until tender. Add flour and garlic and stir to combine. Add beef broth, water, tomato paste, parsley, bay leaf, thyme and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add carrots and cook for about 5 minutes. Add clelry and green beans continue cooking for 20 minutes.
