Very good with almost any fresh fruit.
Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add remaining ingredients one at a time in order. Spread in greased and floured 9" x 13" pan. Cover with topping and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
Topping:
Mix dry ingredients first. Cut into butter with whisk or pastry knife until course and crumbly.
Substitute with all organic ingredients if possible. I also have used Agave syrup instead of sugar in the batter to create a very low glycemic index version of this treat.
