Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 deg F. Grate cheese. Melt butter; mix cheese and butter. Add flour and salt, mix well. Pinch off a little bit of dough. Put one date half and one pecan half in center of pinched dough and wrap dough around them, forming a ball. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes. Appeared in Calling All Cooks, Vol. 1.
