An easy chicken and pasta dish.
Sprinkle chicken breast with onion salt and paprika. Grill until juices run clear. Dice cooked chicken. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Cook edamame according to package directions and shell. Cook onion in olive oil until softened and slightly browned. Stir in shelled edamame, cooked chicken, and tortellini. Stir to combine. Pour dressing over top and stir. Serve with parmesean cheese if desired.
