This homemade pot pie tastes better than any store bought one!
Pre heat oven to 425?
Boil chicken breasts until done.
Remove from broth.
Then add onion, celery and carrots in chicken broth until done.
Thicken broth with cornstarch.
Chop chicken put in casserole dish and add peas, corn, chopped eggs, mayonnaise and soup.
Then pour in the thickened broth mixture and mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Topping
Mix together 9 tablespoons self rising flour , 1 ? tablespoons mayonaisse and just enough milk to make batter runny(like pancake batter).
Pour topping over chicken mixture and bake until brown.
